I ordered the Treasure Bouquet for Mother’s Day, and the service was terrible. The bouquet was also extremely disappointing.
1. You missed out on the most important item — the bouquet itself. At first, you only sent chocolates and a wish card to my mom. The surprise was completely ruined because of your company.
2. The chocolates arrived cracked. Although you refunded RM35, I am still very disappointed. Imagine receiving cracked chocolates and a card as a Mother’s Day gift. After an hour, you finally sent the bouquet, but my mom was already rushing to go out. Because of your mistake, she had to stay home and wait for the bouquet.
You also refunded RM20 as “store credit.” Seriously? Are you expecting me to order from you again?
3. Lastly, the bouquet looked completely different from the picture. It was much smaller and looked very unattractive.
RM188 for all of this shit? Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day.
