7AM is early, we know. Most people book the morning window a day or two ahead instead - pick your date at the cart and we'll hold it. Same free delivery either way.
Remembered an anniversary eleven months early? Good on you. You can book a delivery date up to a year ahead - pick it at the cart and we'll hold it.
Our riders run clustered routes across the Klang Valley so more people get their flowers fresh, which means we can only commit to the window you choose. Traffic and weather do what they do. If timing is critical - a proposal, a stage presentation - self-pickup or your own Grab is the safer bet, and we'll have it boxed and ready.
How we deliver
Flowers are not parcels. They don't like heat, they don't like being tipped on their side, and they really don't like sitting in the back of a van for six hours with someone's washing machine.
So we don't send them with general couriers. Every Happy Bunch goes out from our Subang Jaya workshop on a run that carries flowers and gifts and nothing else - some with our own riders, some with delivery partners who work only with us on floral routes. Either way, it's a direct run from our door to theirs, because the single biggest thing that ruins a bouquet is time spent in transit.
We arrange to order, not to stock. Nothing sits in a chiller for a week waiting for a buyer.
No sorting hubs, no overnight depots, no sitting on a shelf in Shah Alam waiting for a connecting van. Out of Subang Jaya, into their hands.
Our riders aren't carrying parcels alongside your bouquet. Nobody's bunch ends up under a box of groceries.

A greeting card is free with every order. Pick a design, write your message in any language you like, and add your name so they know who it's from. (Plenty of people forget this bit. We do get calls.)

You can. Pick up from our Bandar Sunway workshop during any of our three daily windows - just choose pickup at checkout and tell us when you're coming. Handy if you're outside our delivery area, or if the timing has to be exact.

We'll leave it somewhere safe and sensible - with a colleague, a receptionist, a security guard, or behind the gate or grille if that's the only option. We can only attempt delivery once, so it helps a lot if someone knows it's coming. Add anything we should know in the delivery instructions box at checkout.
Yes, within our delivery areas. Give us as much detail as you can - ward and room number for hospitals, booking name and room for hotels, company and floor for offices - and let them know at reception that something's arriving.
If it hasn't gone out yet, usually yes, to another address in our delivery area. There's a small RM9.90 rerouting fee. WhatsApp us as soon as you can.
Not with our own riders. But you can collect from Bandar Sunway, or book a Lalamove, GrabExpress or GoGet rider to take it onward.
