Everything was great and worked out in the end but it would have been perfect if the delivery happened during the slot as chosen not before the clinic even opened, luckily the cafe next to it was able to accept it on her behalf and was honest/cooperative.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order. I had submitted a complaint earlier but have not received any reply, which adds to my frustration.
I ordered the flowers with the intention of presenting them during dinner, but they were only delivered at around 8 PM—by the time I had already returned home. This completely defeated the purpose of my purchase.
As a regular customer, this experience has been very disappointing. I would like to request a refund for this order, as the late delivery caused the gift to lose its meaning.
I hope you can look into this matter and assist me as soon as possible.
