I’m disappointed with the bouquet I received. Before delivery, I requested a photo of the arrangement. I was initially told that photos are not usually provided as the florist is often busy with many orders, but they kindly sent one to me anyway.
When I saw the photo, I already felt that the arrangement looked quite sparse, uneven and not as beautifully arranged as the product photo. At that time, I thought the bouquet was not fully completed yet.
Unfortunately, when my friend received it, that was frustrating. The flowers themselves were presentable, but the overall shape, fullness and styling were noticeably different from what was advertised. I chose this bouquet specifically because of how elegant and well-arranged it looked on the website, so seeing the final result was genuinely disappointing.
I was informed that I may be contacted regarding my feedback, but I don’t think that is necessary. The bouquet has already been delivered and the occasion has passed, so there is really nothing that can be corrected now. I only hope more attention can be given to the arrangement and quality control for future customers.
